Perhaps what I like the most about my work at Leviton is that it is a different challenge every day. Throughout my 40-year Engineering career I have been able to grow from an Engineer to Vice President. Along with that growth was increasing complexity and challenging assignments. Essentially, if you work hard and make extra efforts along the way, the rewards will follow. While patience is sometimes required, hard work is recognized. Lastly, since most of my work is fun for me, working hard was enjoyable. Love what you do, and it's not work! Additionally, Leviton is one of the rare large companies owned and operated by family members. At HQ, I often engage with many family members who continue to run and guide the company.
