Job Description

This position is responsible for providing marketing, design and administrative support and performing a variety of specialized tasks contributing to the overall success of the Retail Marketing channel. 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in trafficking, coordinating and development of marketing/marketing communications projects such as: marketing collateral, sales support, training materials, trade show booth graphics
  2. Act as a brand champion, upholding brand and trademark standards and consistency in all projects
  3. Develop flyers, spec sheets, PowerPoint presentations and other content as directed by Marcom Manager or graphic designers. Participate as a member of the Marcom creative team in the development of concepts and collateral material
  4. Participate in brainstorming with other project team members to develop creative approaches and concepts for assigned projects
  5. Work cross functionally with Leviton Business Units to adapt content 
  6. Support of brand and identity guidelines as well as make recommendations for changes as needed
  7. Research stock photography, assist in photo shoots, edit and develop images for blogs, web, social media and other placements as needed
  8. Provide copy, pdfs, artwork, photos, catalog files, press kits, and other collateral to internal and/or external customers
  9. Coordinate merchandising and literature set up with online literature fulfillment site and various vendors, keep records of all materials and manage inventory​
  10. Work closely with graphic artist(s) as content is developed into layout and final execution
  11. Assist in development of merchandising and packaging for Retailers


Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Associate’s degree or 2 year certificate program in graphics or marketing related program required
  • Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Photoshop and Acrobat; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Power-Point; and content creation for web and email 
  • Minimum one year of marketing/creative experience 


Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to assist in the production of printed and electronic documents
  • Must possess a strong creative/innovative side as well as grounded analytical approach 
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a professional and courteous demeanor 
  • Must have strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and planning
  • Must be able to problem-solve and handle a multitude of projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Must be dependable, resourceful, and able to work independently  
  • Ability to cultivate, maintain relationships and communicate effectively with outside professional services
  • Must possess a strong sense of style relating to design concepts
